He has over 16 years of experience in clinical, clinical research, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and health tech industries. He is also mentor to many healthcare related start-ups’ across India.

He is MBBS graduate of prestigious institute BMCRI, Bangalore and PG Diploma of Clinical research from Manipal University. He has done his Infection Control certification from New York state, USA and CPQIH and CPHIC trainer from CAHO, Delhi. He is also technical Editor for CPHIC Basic Manual (For CAHO). He was a member of Governing Council of Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organizations (CAHO) 2018-24. He is currently core member of the CAHO International team.

He has helped over 60 hospitals establish quality protocols to improve processes in Operation theatre and CSSDs. He is passionate educator who has trained & certified over 350 professionals across India in the only available international infection control course. He has also trained & certified over 100 CSSD technicians in the only professional course for CSSD technicians. He has given over 1000 talks across India and internationally to help train and educate over 30000 healthcare professionals.
